ZERO STARS ALL THE WAY.....What the heck just happened??!!! My family and I are up visiting from Arizona and always frequent the bayfront. We could smell the waffle cones from the street and thought it would be a fun place to check out, there were two girls working behind the counter a young blonde and a brunette named Diana. I am a 40-year-old woman who owns a small business and 100% believes in customer service and treating everybody with respect!!! Before today I have never experienced such horrible customer service and hostile attitude. I even feel like I was being racially profiled:( Diana was helping a Hispanic family in front of us which she pleasantly greeted , smiled and spoke in Spanish, giving great customer service to. When it came my families time to order she was RUDE, short, gnarled and used her hands as if I didn’t understand her. She raised her voice to the blonde girl as if irritated she wasn’t working fast enough. She quickly rang me up and didn’t offer a receipt. When I asked for one she said it was too late and walked away. I walked outside caught off guard...I feel like as a business owner if I had somebody like this working for me I would want to know, as I feel like this would be detrimental to a small business. I walked back in with my elderly mother to ask for a manager… Oh god forbid we challenged Diana. She continued to tell us it was illegal for her to give the managers name and argued with me about the receipt in front of other customers. The argument continued and I could see this was quickly escalating... I had to be the bigger person and walk away.! To whomever owns this business please be aware of This situation....I’m still Shook!!
